Nikki Frey, CNP Founder & Nurse Practitioner
Nikki founded Frey Health Services in 2022 with a vision of creating a patient-centered wellness practice focused on prevention, personalized care, and long-term health. She began her career as a registered nurse and later earned her Doctorate in Nursing to become a nurse practitioner. Nikki is deeply committed to helping patients improve their health through evidence-based, individualized care.
She leads the clinical direction of Frey Health Services and serves as the primary provider overseeing the Medical Weight Loss, Men’s Health, and IV Therapy programs. Nikki works closely with patients to evaluate their health history, review lab results, and develop personalized treatment plans designed to support sustainable health and long-term wellness. Outside of work, Nikki enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
Tonya DeVaul, CNP Nurse Practitioner
Tonya holds a Master’s degree in nursing and practices as a nurse practitioner with a strong clinical background in gastroenterology. Her experience in digestive health, metabolism, and gut-related conditions provides valuable clinical insight when supporting patients working toward improved metabolic health and sustainable weight loss.
At Frey Health Services, Tonya serves as a nurse practitioner within the Medical Weight Loss Program. She works closely with patients to assess metabolic health, lifestyle, goals, and develops individualized treatment plans that support long-term health and successful weight management. Outside of work, Tonya enjoys traveling with her family and spending time with her husband and their two sons.
Shana Gonzales, RN Director of Operations & Registered Nurse
Shana plays a leadership role in the operations and continued growth of Frey Health Services. She oversees program coordination and business operations to ensure a supportive experience for every patient. She also contributes to patient education, program development, and strategic planning as the practice continues to expand.
Shana’s passion for optimizing health grew from her own health journey. Through a comprehensive approach to care, she regained her quality of life, which inspired her interest in helping others understand and address the root causes of their health concerns. As a future family nurse practitioner, she is especially interested in a root-cause, whole-person approach to care. Outside of work, Shana enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She also enjoys podcasts, coaching, and being involved in community organizations.
Bridgett Morter, RN Registered Nurse
Bridgett holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and brings experience from several areas of nursing. She is a strong patient advocate who believes in empowering individuals to take an active role in their health and wellness. Bridgett is passionate about helping others live healthier lives and enjoys supporting patients throughout their health journey.
At Frey Health Services, Bridgett supports patients in the Medical Weight Loss Program by providing education, assisting with scheduling, and helping guide patients through the program to ensure a smooth and supportive experience. Outside of work, Bridgett enjoys life on her family farm with her husband and their four children. Much of her free time is spent cheering on her kids at their activities, spending time with family and friends, attending country concerts, and watching crime shows.
Ashlee McColly Registered Nurse
Ashlee brings a deep passion for caring for others through every season of life. Her clinical background includes experience in obstetrics and women’s health, where she developed a special interest in supporting women and families. At Frey Health Services, Ashlee provides IV therapy and infusion services and supports patients during in-office wellness visits, including infrared sauna sessions. She is a welcoming face in the office and helps create a comfortable and supportive environment for patients during their visits.
In the evenings, she also assists with the Medical Weight Loss Program by supporting patient education, scheduling, and communication. Outside of work, Ashlee is a devoted mother of five and homeschools her children. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, walking, biking, and reading.
Halle Gottfriend, RN Registered Nurse
Halle has been a registered nurse for nine years, caring for patients in the ICU, Medical-Surgical Unit, and Surgery. She is passionate about patient education and helping individuals make meaningful, lasting improvements in their health through preventative care. At Frey Health Services, Halle supports patients in our Medical Weight Management Program, serves as one of our infusion nurses for IV therapy, and assists with our infrared sauna services.
Outside of work, Halle is a busy farm wife and proud mother of three. She enjoys reading, camping with her family, and cheering on her children at their sporting events. Her personal motto is to maintain a positive attitude and a good sense of humor.
Shileigh Ziessler, RN Registered Nurse
Shileigh has been a registered nurse since 2017 and has experience in emergency care and public health. She enjoys helping patients improve their health and quality of life through education and personalized care. At Frey Health Services, she supports our Men’s and Women’s Health Optimization Programs, IV therapy services, and infrared sauna services. Outside of nursing, Shileigh enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, family, and friends. She loves gardening, homesteading, preserving homegrown food, crocheting, and spending fall evenings around a bonfire.
Brooke Warnecke, APRN-CNP Certified Nurse Practitioner
Brooke Warnecke holds a Master’s degree in Nursing and is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background in family medicine. Her experience in primary care has given her a comprehensive understanding of whole-person care, chronic disease management, and the many factors that influence a person’s overall health and well-being. She is passionate about helping patients improve their metabolic health, achieve sustainable weight loss, and make meaningful lifestyle changes that support a healthier, more fulfilling life.
At Frey Health Services, Brooke serves as a Nurse Practitioner within the Medical Weight Management Program. She works closely with each patient to understand their health history, lifestyle, individual goals, and unique needs. Brooke develops personalized treatment plans focused not only on weight loss, but also on improving metabolic health, building sustainable habits, and supporting long-term health and wellness. Her approach emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and empowering individuals with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to create lasting change.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with her family. She loves spending time with her husband, their two sons and daughter, and their two dogs.
Frey Health Services is led by a team of nurse practitioners and registered nurses dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered care. Clinical services are delivered by our nursing team and operate under the oversight of a collaborating physician in accordance with state regulations.
